Control and Compliance:


- Establish and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.


- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard the organization against risks such as fraud, waste, and non-compliance.


- Conduct regular audits of procurement processes to ensure adherence to established protocols and identify areas for improvement.


- Ensure the procurement process is efficient, transparent, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations.


Cost Optimization:


- Develop and implement procurement strategies that deliver significant cost savings while maintaining quality and service levels.


- Analyze spend data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction.


- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure the best possible terms and conditions, focusing on cost-effective sourcing.


Budget Management:


- Manage the procurement budget effectively, ensuring alignment with company financial objectives.


- Monitor and report on procurement performance against budget, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.


- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to forecast procurement needs and budgetary requirements.


Risk Management:
