We are seeking to add a warm and professional Client Concierge to our team. In this role, you will be face of Regimen Wealth for our clients and an important part of the team supporting our client service and firm operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

· Greeting our clients upon arrival and making them feel welcome

· Managing client call list and advisor calendars

· Data gathering and management

· Client service and admin support

· Operations support (office management, marketing calendar, events)

· Ensure consistent compliance with firm policies and industry rules and regulations in all aspects of the role at all times

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or working on one

· 2 years of work experience

· Must pass criminal background and credit checks

· This role is in-person and part-time

Base Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
