Position Overview: We’re looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Online Gaming Club Instructor to lead virtual classes where students connect, collaborate, and play games like Roblox, Minecraft, and Among Us in a safe, structured environment. If you love gaming, working with kids, and bringing fun to learning, this is the perfect opportunity! Responsibilities: • Host and moderate engaging online gaming clubs for students aged 7–13 • Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all players • Encourage teamwork, communication, and positive social interaction • Troubleshoot basic technical issues if they arise during class • Communicate with parents professionally via platform messaging • Submit class feedback and attendance after each session Requirements: • Must be 18 years or older and reside in the United States • Comfortable speaking and leading on camera in live virtual settings • Passion for gaming (Roblox, Minecraft, Among Us, etc.) • Prior experience working with children (teaching, tutoring, coaching, etc.) • Reliable high-speed internet, webcam, and microphone • Strong classroom management and communication skills Nice to Have: • Experience teaching on platforms like Outschool • Background in education, child development, or youth programs • Ability to think on your feet and make classes fun and dynamic Pay Structure is based on the amount of students that are in a class. Pay ranges from $8.00-$30 per hour Note: Class enrollment is not guaranteed, but we work hard to market and fill classes for our instructors.
