About the position

Responsibilities

  • Drive and act as a champion for innovation that improves the customer experience and delivers business value.
  • Share and leverage best practices and provide consultancy to team.
  • Apply critical thinking to synthesize customer needs, marketplace dynamics, financial drivers, and business growth opportunities into comprehensive strategies.
  • Analyze data with analytical, statistical, and optimization techniques to identify insights, opportunities, relationships, and quantify/measure results.
  • Lead, partner, and collaborate closely with diverse customer groups, such as Technologies and Marketing, to deliver project implementation and successful outcomes.
  • Develop cost-benefit analyses to determine the feasibility of new opportunities.
  • Present your project to senior leaders in our organization.

Requirements

  • Current graduate students enrolled in an MBA or other advanced degree (e.g., Risk/Compliance/Governance, Data/Analytics, AI/ GenAI, Finance, Strategy/ Innovation/Transformation, Behavioral Science/Customer Insights).
  • 3 years minimum of professional experience, with a proven track record of success and increasing responsibility in management or specialized roles.
  • Commercial experience, academic knowledge and aspirations to grow their career with a top employer of choice.
